Skills Configuration

This guide explains how to configure Agent Skills to maximize Genjo's capabilities in the Claude Desktop App.

Steps to Configure Skills

By introducing Agent Skills, Claude will be able to act as a "Genjo Expert" to select the best tools and perform analysis.

Compress the genjo-ai-news folder created during the MCP server addition into a ZIP format.

  • Mac: Right-click the folder and select "Compress 'genjo-ai-news'".
  • Windows: Right-click the folder and select "Compress to ZIP file" or similar.

2. Open Claude Settings

Open the Claude Desktop App and click your username at the bottom left to open Settings.

3. Upload Skill

  1. Look for Capabilities or Developer in the left menu, and open the Skills section within it.
  2. Click the Upload skill button and select the ZIP file you just created.
  3. Turn the switch for the added skill to ON.

4. Restart

To be safe, completely exit (Quit) the Claude Desktop App once, then open it again.

Defined Workflows

By introducing Agent Skills, the AI agent will be able to understand and execute the following standard workflows.

1. Daily Briefing

In response to instructions like "Tell me today's news," it will fetch the latest news and present 3-5 of the most important items.

2. Deep Dive

For a specific topic, if you instruct it to "Investigate details," it will execute news details, simple explanations, and fact-checks in parallel, reporting information organized from multiple perspectives.

3. Investment Research

In response to questions like "What is the impact on the market?", it will extract related stocks and present analysis results classified by the magnitude of their impact.

Benefits

By introducing Agent Skills, the AI agent can act as a "Genjo Expert" to select the best tools and perform analysis without the user having to provide detailed steps.
